Barons VW Edwin Swales terrible customer service

Hi. i have experienced problems with my vehicle which is under warranty. i took my vehicle to Barons VW Edwin Swales and i had the worsed service ever from the staff, right up to the dealer Principal Mr Shane Naidoo. i am now waiting 3 weeks for a call from Shane Naidoo with regards to the way foward on fixing my vehicle. i still have not heard from him. i have mad numerous call to speak to him but he is always unavailable and he has not yet returned my call which was on the 07th Feb 2018. Barons VW customer service is pathetic.it has gone over 6 weeks that they were going to book my car in and hand me a coutesy car until my car was repaired and still that has not happened. VW barons customer service is poor and they do not live up to the advertising they promote. i dont advise anybody to deal with Barons VW edwin swales. they are a complete waste of time.
