Barons VW Bellville

Barons VW Bellville's aftercare service shocked me. From misquoting me to selling me a faulty car which after 2 weeks of the sale had to go in for a check, to only be told after a week and a half, that the flywheel has to be replaced. All info obtained by having to call in myself for updates, still dnt have my car back and the support department makes excuses for all complaints submitted. On day of sale and delivery of car, the salesman assured the full check on the vehicle was done, but to my surprise no wiper fluid when I needed to clear my windscreen??? The biggest disappointment was that they gave me a quote to settle the sale, but when signing with the finance dep, the repayment was alot more than the initial quote, which by no means could be explained. Very very bad service and not all has been mentioned.
