Barons Volkswagen ************* car service

We recently took our vehicle to Barons Volkswagen pietermaritzburg to change the brakes, they kept the car overnight and now it has issues starting saying the battery is low. Now they are refusing to help us, saying they can only work on the vehicle on the 15th... Whereas we have proof from our last service that the battery was just fine only the brakes needed attention. On the same day we took the car in there was a guy complaining about how his car gearbox is not working properly after he let barons vw work on it, so he returned it.
