Barons tokai dont know their own product

Done all car services at Barons tokai and i really trusted in them . However it came to my attention that these ppl put my life in danger.they failed to advise me that my brake pads required replacement in the next 10000 km which was before my next service .these ppl are the manufactures of vw they dont know their own product. I called them they stated its wear an tear however if they would of advised me that the brake pads required replacement at 100000 i wud not have needed to replaced my disks aswell as its the pads which affected my discs .my life was in danger and they refuse to replace it now and take ownership for their fault .please guys do not trust in them they put my life at risk
