Barons TOKAI and N1 City are ******** - Reject Golf 7 R sold to me and now i am being avoided like the plague!!!

Volkswagen TOKAI and N1 CITY in Cape Town are the biggest ******** - reject Golf 7R sold to me by Maryke Knotze and Kenwynne Africa of Barons N1 City. Repeatedly complained to Thalia Villet of Barons Tokai ( ********** ) and Kenwynne/Maryke of Barons N1 City (***) about the faulty PDC's sensors that went off automatically since Oct 2016; even when I am the only car on the road! Its now March 2019 and PDCs still go off. Upon deactivated of the PDCs, the radio and GPS then does not come back on again.

Car sat more than a week at Barons TOKAI, and even with R20,000 Optimum Plan Maintenance, Thalia Villet made me pay R900 upon releasing my car for "extra work done on the car"!!!

Phoned VW Customer Care on ***(07/03/2019) and they (Delray) conveniently say this issue is between Barons N1 City as the selling dealership and Avis Fleet as the Optimum maintenance plan is with Avis.

Went back to Barons N1 City and spoke with Maryke Friday 08 March 2019 after I paid Barons TOKAI R900 to release my unfixed Golf 7 R. Maryke gave me a story about her Manager's wife being in hospital, family crisis that I need to consider but assured me I am nr 1 on her list.

This morning 13 March 2019, Maryke of N1 City (***) has changed her story, saying the issue is out of her hands, she has escalated the matter and is awaiting feedback.

Come on, VW. We are paying a lot for our expensive vehicles. Take accountability. One cannot be driving a golf 7 R with PDCs going off and radio/GPS not coming on!!!

So very disappointed. read the other 2019 complaints about VW and I am shocked at what they are getting away with. How can we allow this????
