Barons N1 City are NOT service oriented.

We had trouble with voice quality on bluetooth via the car radio as well as the fact that the radio would randomly turn itself on, when the ignition was off or the car even being locked and unattended - draining the battery when it should not be able to turn on. We took the vehicle in under warranty and the radio was removed and sent away for repair. Barons said they would call back or be in contact once the repair was complete and the radio could be re-installed. This took almost a month, if not longer (we eventually called them back as we never heard from them in this regard). The "repaired" radio was still faulty. We took it in just under two weeks ago and after repeated queries on what the status is - there is still NO meaningful feedback. Even after we jumped through all the hoops in terms of providing Video evidence of the random power ups and the staff onsite confirming the bluetooth voice quality being poor (even in the relative silence of the vehicle being stationary).

It should not take 2 weeks to decide on a way forward for a faulty unit like this. So there has been at least a month and a half of NO radio/No bluetooth voice in the car.

I don't believe that they take service seriously and cannot recommend them for this reason.
