My vehicle came up with an error on the 22/02/2019. The vehicle was taken to the dealership on the 22/02/2019. I called in this morning the 23/02/2019 regarding the vehicle and if it has been looked at and the response was that there are no technicians available and that they will look at the vehicle when they have the time. The dealership forever does not have a loan vehicle to give to their customers and customers are always fooled around by *********** staff who think they are doing you a favor. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this dealership and their lack of service towards their loyal customers. I don't even have this vehicle for a year now and it is already giving issues and I have to go through the inconvenience of hiring a car which is costing me money when I got a vehicle that I am paying so much for every month and it breaks but the dealership does not care as they will be making money on the repair so ***** the customer let him wait.
