Bad, worse... Appalling

<p>today I have brought my car into Barons VW Claremont for the third time within the last year for simple things like Windows making noises, and basic software updates, but this time I required a courtesy car as I have a busy week ahead. I booked my car 2 months in advance as suggested by my service manager Marcel Fredricks who said that by doing so I will get a car to use. This is VERY untrue, the service has been pathetic to say the least, they have not even set my auto lock while driving, everything I collect my car, they say they have "fixed" the Windows crackling noises, but I have yet to find what they fixed, they say that they have set the auto lock, but nothing whatsoever has been done, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR A SERVICE. the service provided at this branch is an utter disgrace to the VW name brand. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p>ZAAHID-WP</p>
