Bad service Vw barons Edwin Swales

Recently took my golf 7 for service .the car is still under maintenance plan and factory warranty . Advised them about my front shocks leaking oil .they refused to change them stating that is normal for shocks to leak and is unavoidable .very poor service from a brand that I have been supporting for the last 15 years .will not be buying a new Vw from them .
