Bad service and damage to vehichle

My vehicle was taken to Barons in November and December 2016 for repairs and maintenance.

1. The first time my vehicle was taken to barons in November. It was there for three weeks. Upon collection, my battery needed to be changed as the vehicle would no longer start. This was at my cost.

2. The front drivers door was also scratched. The paint had been **********. Before leaving the service centre, I brought it to the attention of the service manager who had taken pictures of it and said he would get back to me. To this date, I have not received any feedback.

3. A week later my vehicle had to go back to Barons for repairs again. My vehicle was there for a week. Upon collection of the vehicle, I found that the leather on the front passenger seat had been damaged. It looked like something was placed on it and got stuck and was forced out of the vehicle. The dashboard also had long scratches on it. As well as the inside of the boot. When I spoke to my service adviser he had informed me to report it to the service manager. I did that and he sent an assessor home to assess the damage. I requested the pictures which were taken but still got no response. I sent numerous emails, and still no response.

4. When the repairs were complete, my air-conditioning no longer worked as well. When I phoned to complain, all I was told was that I needed to book my car in.

Every time I phoned barons, I was told that the service manger was not available until eventually at the beginning of March I was told that he no longer worked there. I asked to be transferred to someone else but still got no feedback from Barons.

After several attempts to contact the new service manager, I was told by the service manager that Barons would not accept any responsibility for damages done as he is new to the position and he was not there when these issues occurred. When I requested to view the security cameras at the service centre and I told that they do not work. I also requested for the photos that were taken at my home and I was told that it cannot be made available as it was taken on the assessors cellphone, which is certainly not true as he had a digital camera with him because I was present during the inspection.
