Bad service

After discussing with the head office what needed to be done, I repeatedly tried to get through to Baron's Culemborg with no avail. Every time I got through to one department, they transferred me to another one, where there was no answer. I eventually scheduled a service, where everything went perfectly fine. <br> <br> After the service, I noticed that my car shuddered when braking downhill. I once again left 2 messages on two consecutive days for the person responsible for my service to phone me back. There has not been a single call-back.
