Bad service

I booked my vehicle in for repairs on the Tuesday 14/07/2015 ***. It was in for a slight coolant and oil leak. The water pump and a few gaskets needed replacement for the oil leak.<br> It was said that this will take 2-3 working days. I agreed for them to proceed the same morning it was booked in. That would mean that i would get my vehicle the Thursday.I was then called to confirm collection the Friday. I went through waited for a hour and a half and did not get my vehicle. They said the pipe going into the water pump now also needs replacement.<br> The service adviser then assured me he will give me a discount on the bill which would work the price of the pipe into the quoted cost. which did not happen. He also said i will get my vehicle the next Tuesday.The next week i call to check the status of my vehicle. My adviser is on leave and nobody knows what is happening with my vehicle. With several phone calls i got my vehicle Wednesday. The outside spotless but inside dust everywhere. i fuel up and find the oil level is just touching the dip stick. I waited for the call you get after booking your vehicle in to discuss this matter but no call, which is why I am stating my case here.
