bad customer service waste of time

I booked my car in for 90000km service , when I got there i asked that they check my sunroof and before I even finished the lady told my that they don't check they only do service on weekends, and said I should have mentioned when booking , I find it strange because when I booked they never mentioned that now I need to make time to come back only for my sunroof to be checked
