60000kms service received back in SCRATCHES

I booked my car Polo Cross 1.6TDI 2012 in at Barons Culemborg in CBD last week Friday 13.02.2015 for a 60000km service. I was advised by Faiqah the very same day that i won't be able to get my car the very same day as they have found that my water pump was broken and that they will have to replace it for me on 16.02.2015 as they have to get the part from the Bellville branch for me.That being said, i was all fine and on Monday i was told that i will receive my car at 4pm. I arrived and my car was not yet ready and only got my car on the dot at 5pm. The very same day when i drove i have notice some issues with my car, my brakes was not feeling right, it felt like something was loose beneath me. I contacted Faiqah the next day about it and she said that i need to bring it in again and they will have a look at it where i was very happy that she can accommodate me for the following week & that we agreed to check it on the 25.02.2015.I inspected my car yesterday only to find my car was full of scratches that was not there when i booked it in. Ronnie the service manager dont want to take ownership and does not want to repair my car. My car is now damaged and will never take it there agai
