5 Months to date I am still without a car due to NO Parts/Late Parts delivery from Barons VW

My car was in accident last year October, and the insurance promptly approved for it be fixed, and it was taken to a panel beater, who advised that I would have the car by the end of November 2017 and that they were waiting for parts to arrive from VW Barons. I called them to check if everything was still on schedule and they advised that they are hoping that parts will arrive before 1st week December and that the car would be completed. They further called me to advise that VW will only delivery parts on 28th December and the panelshop would be closed at that time, so I would only get my in January 2018. It's now February 2018, the 15th and yet I am still without my car as they are now waiting for another part which is scheduled to arrive only tomorrow, Friday, the 16th February.

I am at a point where I just want the car to be fixed and completed, and I want to sell it/trade it in, and get a new car. I am done with VW as much as I am a BIG FAN, and have always been a BIG fan of their cars. This experience has humbled me to realise that the best thing to do sometimes is to move away from whatever it is that you love, as I was convinced that my next car is definitely a Tiguan, but not anymore. I am currently looking at possible option to replace my new VW Passat.

Thanks VW, this has been thee worst period in my life.
