17 days to replace a battery

My car showed flat battery and would nou start lucky 8 was in the parking at vw kuruman. The service lady eventual got some one to help jump start. I said the car is stil under warranty can't ull replace the battery. No I need to book it in. No courtesy car available how do I get home not there problem. The next day start no start call vw roadside assistant they eventually loaded car on lowbed to vw kuruman. 19/2/2022. Yesterday was the 8/3/2022 and I recieved my vehicle. All this for a battery Barons should pay 16days of a month's installment and insurance. Very bad service. I need to call service manager to arrange to get my vehicle not the other way round.
