BARONS DURBAN : TREATING PROSPECTIVE BUYERS AS A BUNCH OF IDIOTS

I visited the BARONs branch in Edwin Swales on Friday 15th September 2023 to test drive a 2018 hyundai Creta 1.6 which was adverised for R239 950. Upon inspection i found the vehicle to be an absolute JUNK / S****. The interior was a sight to behold and the ENGINE compartment was sadly a " WORK OF ART " with dirt and grime and littered with dried leaves . How does a vehicle with this condition come to be adverised as a MASTERCAR is baffling . Clearly with this experience the MASTERCARD logo and all the SPIN that goes with it is just CHEAP TALK . Its all about chasing commission . The Client is very last in the value chain . I contacted the USED CAR manager telephivally and all he can say is that the car just came and not ready to be sold , If this is the case , why is it advertised on the WEBSITE as a mastercar . Clearly OVERSIGHT is lacking at this branch , If you are in the business of selling quality cars , PLEASE take your work seriously . Prospective buyers are NOT A BUNCH OF IDIOTS as you seem to think they are . PLEASE WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE.
