BARON TOKAI IS THE WORST

So in November last year my car had been back from a service at Barons Tokai and In just less than a month , my car cut out and I took vehicle for a diagnostics test and paid R900.00 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... they could not pick up any fault , this then happened again before another month had past but this time the car completely broke down , Barons Tokai , then advised that a ***** was dropped down the piston and even though they are the only ones who work on my car they will not take responsibility and my car was still under warranty at this time !! ( note they took almost a month to tell me this while my car was there ) they literally gave my car back to me with engine parts in boxes ( AND I don't even want to go in to how I was treated ) . I have lodged a case with the ombudsman and all the ombudsman can tell me is The manufacturer has responded and that The Dealer BARONS TOKAI has not responded... 7 MONTHS LATER AND MY CAR IS STILL STANDING !!!!!!!!! ....Why it is taking this long shows me that they are looking for a loophole and have absolutely no regard for what they are costing me as I still have to pay this vehicle monthly and also what my loss is because of this , I am sooooooooooo disgusted and I regret ever having bought a vehicle from VOLKSWAGEN , PLEASE PEOPLE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE FROM THEM AS THEY ARE QUICK TO MAKE A SALE BUT ONCE THEY HAVE THEY HONESTLY HAVE NO REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS ! — at Barons Tokai.
