Pathetic lack of client service - Barons Tokai and VW SA

Pathetic experience with Barons Tokai and subsequently Volkswagen SA. Everytime a part is required, there is never stock in SA and it must be orderd from Germany. While the part is being ordered, the client is without a car and it's just tough luck for you. Regardless of the options available to keep the client happy, Barons and VW SA just don't care. I will be trading in both my VWs, which I bought this year. My experience with VW is disgusting and I can not be associated with this brand, this will be my words to every person in the market for a new car.
