Volkswagen Kuruman is useless

My wife serviced he Polo with them recently! Because I live in Kathu, a colleague dropped the vehicle in Kuruman at Volkswagen! I tried calling them numerous times! No answer! There were 4 things I wanted them to fix! They also didn’t do a fault or to do list ( which Volkswagen Upington did every time) The back brake light is not working! They didn’t even pick notice it! I contacted Volkswagen South- Africa! They couldn’t help! So Please do not service your vehicle in Kuruman! Rather go to Upington or Kimberley!
