Unorganised and Filth, an Understatement!

<p>On Friday,30 September 2016, my wife and I together with my sister-in-law drove from Witpoortjie, Johannesburg, Gauteng undertook a journey to Hartswater to put up in the Barons Galley and Lodge for one night. The booking was made via Safari.com after having gone online. The website had shown and advertised the place as a four (4) star, with a swimming pool and all the niceties one finds in four stars we had previously booked in.</p> <p>When we checked in at the reception (bar entrance full of rowdy people drinking), our booking was not known. We phoned a person by the name Willem ***ner) to complain and his response was that he's busy with a big event and would not come to hear us out. He said if we are not satisfied with the rooms we booked and the state of those rooms, we should check out and look for another place. The time then was around 19:00 and knew no other place, let alone ready cash to pay for another place.</p> <p>The place was so dusty all over that we even wrote on the screen of the TV.</p> <p>To rate the place with a star is to betray our horrible experience.</p>
