POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

2020 I joined Baroka funeral with a premium of R1100 pay out of R40 000, 2023 When i called the requesting my contract they told me that the policy it has went up with 30% increase, now my Policy premium is R1500 with reduced payout of R25 000 and again they amended my contract without my concern when i ask them for my old contract they tell me that they do not keep records of old contract. Iam not happy because now they are forcing me to pay something that i did not sign up for and they do not want to refund me back my money. Baroka i want all my premiums back because you are robbing me day light to benefit your pocket
