baroka pool services

got a quote from Fistos saying it would take 3 days to sort out my pool for R2500 .. nearly 2 weeks is how long it took with a different excuse everytime when he rep**** , usually days later . eventually he finished the job after trying to sell me every extra product he could think of .. i was convinced by him that spending an extra R1700 would complete the task , for parts for my Kreepy .. i paid him R1500 and spent the next 3 weeks trying to message or call him with one call answered and his apology and assurances that i would see him the next day .. that being the last i heard from him , now he not only ignores my messages but wont take my calls
