Ridiculous service

Bad service from Baroka funerals administrators, from April 2021 have been paying my policy then 1 month my debit order returned unpaid the following month they double debited. The next month again they double debit I queried with admin and I was told they fixed did they not double debit me again. After few months my policy is canceled. On Monday the 2nd of October I queried my account to date no response.
