Day light ******* : refusal to refund.

Good day

My child was a learner at Prestige Schools Thornview, in January 2019 due to Unforeseen circumnstances we had to remove him from the school, we informed the school.

I had a Stop Order to pay school the fees, I could not cancel the January 2019 fees on time, the payment for January 2019 went off to the school, R2159.

I emailed the school, and a lady named Queen, called and advised they will not refund me becuase I did not de-register my child on time. if I did not pay at all, what was going to happen?

They want to keep my R2159 for a learner who is not learning at the school, what is that? I deregistered him, they are not even offering to pay back atleast half of the money.
