Worst Experience in Customer Service to date

<p> </p> <p>I have been looking for any and all employees of the JDG Group as an effort to reach out for help for an account that I am unable to get a response from on all of the provided contact numbers:</p> <p>***</p> <p>***</p> <p>***</p> <p>***</p> <p>***</p> <p>***</p> <p>***</p> <p>I have been on hold for about two hours</p> <p>I have spoken to three customer service technicians - of which I was just directed to the next department.</p> <p>My helper received a summons letter from PW Credit Control - I tried to get in contact with them, and yet - they do not exist?</p> <p>My helper went to a Price n pride branch and offered to pay - but they did not want to take her money - and - in stead said she must keep the money - until they collect her things from her house - I am sure this is not the correct conduct from your establishment?</p> <p>I have had zero success in ascertaining what is going on with her account and i am desperately asking for anyone of assistance from price n pride to contact me so that I can help my helper</p> <p>Please could you contact me or direct me to someone whom can assist her</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent a message on Facebook</p> <p>I have sent a compliant on Hello Peter</p> <p>I have contacted people who work for Price n Pride on Linked In</p> <p>I have emailed them</p> <p>I have emailed all the email addresses given</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you help me</p>
