wont assist

I complained about the incorrect listing at the ITC of a amount that's incorrect. I was listed as owing over 10 000 whereas after investigation of 3 years I was told last week I should make payment of 2180, so that my account can be paid up and she will thereafter clear my itc. I told her I'm unemployed and that I've been offered a job but since PNP has listed me for an incorrect amount the company need a letter from the store stating how much i actually owe and since it's only 2180 ,I'll be able to start work therefore I'll be able to pay that amount asap as well close the account and my ITC can be corrected. She refuses she told me she can't and they will wait till I have the money. They listed a ********** account that had stock that I didn't possess and after I complained for years it was finally sorted out how much I really owe but now I can't be employed meaning I can't pay so now I'm still listed incorrectly and they don't want to give me a letter stating how much I really owe. Its very unfair that I must now suffer because of their ********** activities and incompetence. i need a letter from PNP stating why I was listed for a incorrect amount and how much I owe.
