why struggle to get a settelment letter

why struggle to get a F***n settlement letter but when you owe them they call you a thousand times a day.<br> <br> so I called the JDF call Centre number and i was putted through from one department to another placed on hold for more that 30 minutes then given a wrong contact number to call. all i need is a settlement letter to say my account has been paid off why is that so hard.<br> <br> the stuff there is *********** and don't know what they doing.<br> <br> I want my letter before Friday
