Unpleasant experience

<p>I have been getting all sorts of calls from people claiming to be from your legal department asking saying my account is in errears while i dont even have an account with you, i later found out which shop the account was opened and the number to the store is forever engaged. from the recent caller the furniture was delivered at a different address from mine and my question is why has the store not went and collected their good if the person is not paying? i have been cooporating with you guys and yet my name has not been cleared, i have even sent others my id copies and Affidavit and yet has happened to be nagged about money and accounts i dont have with your store. please resolve this and follow up on who has your goods</p>
