unhappy

I bought goods from this shop(price n pride)sometime last week ,only to find out that one of the items were damaged . I did raise a complain to the sales person who was helping me when i first bought them and he promised to get back to me but he didnt.I then received a call from a consultant asking about the service i got and i rep**** that it was good except that Im unhappy about these damaged goods...Im not happy at all because at the same time i have to pay a full amount for these...please fix it because you dont deliver what you promised
