They ***********,rude and unprofessional.

I bought stuff from them even a single day I never got my statement and when i call them they so rude they can't even talk on the phone, even worse I settled my account according to their settlement statement suddenly there's an outstanding balance that I don't even know where is coming from and what's annoying is I'm calling then no 1 I willing to help I spoke to 3 to 4 people regarding this matter no1 is coming back to me. For me they all so *********** and I wouldn't advice any1 to even go buy anything from that store it's so disappointing and no 1 cares i don't even know why aren't they even close their stores if they gonna treat their customers like that.Im so angry and very disappointed...
