should i lose the prize

at 11H58 today the 22 Jan i was at EL Barnets Price 'n Pride at East London to arrange my sister to be able to collect my prize CAESAR 4 PIECE LOUNGE SUITE at Mt Frere branch, Veronica was so mean to me &told me she cant allow that, am forceful &thick-headed, i have to take the prize from their shop &make ways for 325Km delivery away. i explained i stay in a shack which is very small to fit the lounge suite, i cant even afford delivery costs to my hometown, i asked cant she be lenient &let me sign prize acceptance form from head-office, take my id...i told her am not happy, will complain &she said she dont care i should go ahead, i gave up and left at 13H43.
