Shocking service delivery at mount fletcher

my sister bought a kitchen unit on the 21,12,2015 was promised that on the 23rd they will deliver it,on the 24th Mom went to the same store to pay up a fridge she lay bye few months ago she was informed that both items will be delivered on the 28th. my sister went to check and complain about the delay she was told we are not the only people awaiting delivery and if we want a refund we have to wait for january,the very same day late we received a call from a gentleman who said she is phoning fron head office and assured us we will receive both items the following day ,still to date we have not received these goods, delivered yet we paid in full.I am soo dissapointed with this type of service .
