poor service and lies

<p>I bought lounge suit at Barnetts and they promised to deliver in less than a week but they took 1 month to deliver and its less than 60 km from the shop to where i stay. I discovered there were broken , as i am paying for their insurance i reported but they never came to check them. For about 4 months i called them 2 or 3 times a week to attend this but they never did until today. Just last week i wanted to settle their account i needed a settlement letter from their group JD Group they said i will get it in 3 days but i did not get it ,when i called them they transfered me into different people the after they will drop the call.</p>
