Poor service

I boght a bed set in September last year in three months time a wire came out of the matress I went to the store to report it I was promised the matter would b sorted out by the manufactures warranty in deed I was contacted by the manufacturer n inspection was conducted after a few days got n SMS confirming that my bedset must b replaced I should notyfy the store to place n order on my behalf did that the same day but it's almost been three months now there store is not doing anything to help me all they do is empty promises wat I fail to understand is that if the manufacturer is willing to do it's part to care for their costomers y can't pricenpride do the same u go to the store to inquire they tell u they over worked I think it's just *********** from their part or they only care about costormers wen they only take money after that your on your own I've been their customer for almost ten years now n their service it's not getting beter but worse I'm hugely disappointed by the way their treating a costomer with will never by from them again
