Poor quality goods and Poor Customer Service

I bought a sofa in January 2015 but by June it was already damaged. So logged a product complaint with them in July I later received an SMS that confirmed they had received my complaint however no one has contacted me since. The SMS had a Ticket Number PR-GO-***.I really need to know the way forward because I'm tired of sitting with a broken Sofa . I was very excited when I initially bought the Sofa and was even referring my friends to the shop but after this hassle this company is giving me I will never encourage anyone to buy their furniture from Price and Pride.
