**** poor service

Maybe you staff are just too used to working with older ******** clients and have the inability to render good service.<br> <br> Firstly upon applying WORST PROCESS EVER! Had it not been for my mom I would have left. I would never recommend anyone to go there in fact, i have told everyone I know to rather visit the other furniture branches in the mall instead.<br> <br> If you need more detail find the email I sent on the same day, yet still no response!<br> <br> Day of first payment, no debit goes off. My mom goes into the branch and is told that you attempted to debit, but no money was in the account. So now get this my mom then offers to pay, the same lady says oh no your first payment is due on the 1st July. So now where did she get the first information from? <br> <br> Your staff are probably working for Candid camera, because no way can service be so ****ing pathetic. <br> <br> I will continue to spread the word to anyone thinking of going there in the future. Your sales people are friendly but the lot at the back needs a wake up call or go work at government institutions, because thats the last place I remember working with such ***** attitudes.<br> <br> Yours Sincerely,<br> Regret doing business with you!!!!!
