Payment but no delivery

Hi,<br> <br> My sister bought some couches from Price and Pride. She went to complain about the damage and they didn't come to collect the couches. After stopping the monthly installment payment they went to fetch the couches and promised to repair. Instead they listed her. She went to pay them 2000.00 and promised to deliver the couches but up to now nothing has been done. She tried to purchase something on credit and she couldn't get it because she was informed that she has been listed. They demanded 9000.00 from her and promised to clear her name. The money has been paid and those couches still not delivered and name not cleared as it was agreed. They also promised to give her a letter of confirmation to take to the credit provider but that did not happen. I think they are doing this because of not being educated enough.<br> <br> Regards
