No one cares at Price and Pride

I had a problem whereby I lay-by some sofas and on the 24th of December in the edendale branch. I wanted to fully pay for them and was told they didn't have the stock I then opted to cancel so I can look in other stores. I was given the excuse that the store didn't have 550 cash to refund me at about 11am in the morning. I wmt again a week later trying to get my money I was then told that they needed the previous slips to determined how much I had paid as their system doesn't keep such information . Which comes as a great surprise to me because I get smses from them telling me I have paid 550 and a give me the balance. I no longer have previous receipts as the lady at the cash office had told me all I needed was my ID and all my information will pop up, this was when I initially signed up later it was a different story<br> I don't know what nonsense is this that the system doesn't store information .<br> <br> I then sent a complaint through a few weeks ago to the head office and was given ***..
