Messed up service

My partner and I took out 2 lay -Buys 2 months back, 1 by Price n Price and one by Russels, last month we made a payment of R 1500.00 by both stores and Price n Pride made there payment on the wrong account. We late went to Russels to made a payment of R 4000.00 meaning we only owed them R400.00. Last Monday I received a call from the wearhouse threatening us that they need to make delivery of our goods as on the system it showed that we have settled and that they will charge us storage. I told them we still owed R400.00 and they said that is not the case. We just bought a house and we're not ready for the delivery but agreed for it to be delivered today. We then decided to visit price n pride to settle the other lay - buy and all this just came up as Russels is refusing to pay the R1500.00 over to price n pride. Now we are thinking of cancelling this lay - buy as we are treated like **** for an error they have made. I mean it's cash money of R16000. 00 AND THEY ARE TREATING US THIS BAD. CLEARLY THEY DONT NEED OUR BUSINESS. THIS IS *******.
