Making my mother to sign things that she didn't understood

<p>Good day</p> <p>kindly assist, my mother Novusile Maqwele bought deep freezer refrigerator from Price n Pride in 2014 and she was 63 years old by then.</p> <p>She is been complining about total amount repayable of R19597.36 for 30 months term for a product of R7568.95 and when i look at the contract i found out that she was made to sign highest insurance policy and club fee which was not explained to her. She said the person who was assisting her just told her that there will be insurance that she must pay for the product and that insurance would be included on the instalment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Her instalment was R654 monthly and my father and I we paid off the account before time due to this problem. and it was paid off last month June 2016. I email the shop last week complaining about this and their answer was not talking to the problem. they said due to the fact that my mother signed on the contract it means she understood the terms and they said that without considering the fact that my mother is not educated and is a pensioner.</p> <p> </p> <p>kindly assist in this matter please.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
