long time

i bought my bedroom suit 2014 november, the mirror stand is scratched like it is 2 old, i made complaints to them by calling, going to the store several times, all she/they tell me is a lier, in my life or anyone in my family i will not encourage them to buy at this furniture. When i bought this funiture i wanted to surprise my husband for december as his birthday was during that time, instead the goods surprised me. i am very sad/angry/mad/****ed at the same time thinking that i am busy paying for something that i am not happy with. I am taking the steps of going to the consumer commisioner as well as speak-out. Bad service indeed
