LAY-BY From Hell

My name is Clerement and here is my story. I recently went to price n pride looking for a TV, i saw a Hi-sense and liked it. the sales lady help me to fill forms to lay-by the TV, however instead of using the TV as a lay-bye, they use a bed, and said it will be fix next Friday when i come. On that Friday i managed to come and i was given the same forms to sign and fill, i did that and even paid the TV licence. They asked for a previous R50.00 deposit slip of the bed, i didn't have it, i told them to use the copy they had, they tell me its locked in a safe.<br> <br> They tell me i must take out a R50.00 deposit again, and they'll give it back when i come next time, i refuse, and annoyed i cancel the lay-bye, they cancel it and tell me they will cancel the other one, next thing i get is tons of sms from Price N Pride telling me i should pay the outstanding amount. i try to email them, their emails are not working, i get outbound, call center just picks up the phone but don't respond nor help you, you just hear people talking. <br> <br> If you want a better services, Price N Pride is not one of them, they the worst services i ever had in ma life.
