Lack of responds

I bought a lounge suite on December 2013, within 6 months 1 sofa was broken which i have reported and it was taken back to the store to be fixed after a month it was back and fixed beginning of this year the lounge started to peel off, i reported the matter again as iam still paying my installment, they came and took the lounge, it has been 3 months already i dont get any respond, i kept on speaking to thokozani who is the person who is handling this matter , he keeps on saying he will follow up and he will call me with the feed back, i would wait for his call even know iam still waiting for his call, this is highly unacceptable as iam paying their money every month, but i don't get what i deserve.
