Insurance Claim

On the 23rd of November 2015 my house was broken into n my TV along with my other stuff was ******...i went to the shop to process an insurance claim..a month later I was told to go to the shop to sign some forms and I went there...to my arrival I was told the insurance guy was trying to get ahold of me but couldn't... I filled the form and left my numbers. I then sent numerous emails and called cos no one was communicating with me..after many attempts of trying to communicate with them.<br> On Monday 8 Feb 16 Gugu from insurance claims called I explained the situation and she said a claim might not be processed because I have already finished paying for the account and it means they don't owe me anything funny because this thing happened in November and my contract was supposed to end in January ...i mean I haven't been with this shop for even 2years and their service is *** terrible...I paid my account in full cos I knew I wouldn't have money and they would have been breathing down my neck...now im being told this bull excuse. Paying for insurance was supposed to make my life easy and not a living hell im being passed from pillar to post.
