I WAS TOLD TO GO BE A ********** AND PAY

my mother has accounts with price en price , she used to run a small shop when her loans were approved, the shop is no longer in operation because she became sick , when she closed down her shop she went to price en pride evaton mall to let them know that she won't be able to pay her accounts anymore due to the nature of the illness she has, but she managed to pay off 1 account , ever since then I've been paying , her accounts were handed over to some lawyers that refuse to tell us who they are, the harassment I've been getting from this lawyers is beyond what I can take , I didn't pay the last month because they are demanding R2500 per month which is too much for me nor for my mother as her source of income is a government grant of R1500 and they don't want to accept any other amount . I tried to speak to your them(lawyers) but I was told that I must go sell drugs or ********** if I have to because they want their money . what I want to know is, is this how price en pride collect their debts?I want something to be done about this , I want someone to call me regarding this if not I'm taking this matter to the ombudsman, you have 24hrs to reply ..
