*****ULANT ACCOUNTS FROM 2012 that are unresolved

I opened up a account at PNP from sales agent Stevens at eesteriver PNP. The TV set was supposed to be delivered in PE as it was a birthday present for my grandma, when they failed to do so I cancelled the deal and the manager at that time made as if she cancelled it but it is still ongoing. I'm blacklisted at the credit beauros because of your negligence. I'm struggling to get a job because of this credit record and PNP is aware of this case but after all the proof and after all these years they are still investigating. One of their sales agent who came to my house to get me to agree to sell that TV to someone else *******ly has been arrested but still theres nothing being done about this case. Never mind the fact that I never had possession of this TV set. I'm taking this to further and will be seeking legal advice because u are busy destroying my name and life. I'm so sick of your bad service. You guys are unprofessional and don't care about your customers. I demand you contact me very soon and actually sort this mess out because 3 years of unresolved issues is a bit much even for a company who ranks high for bad service.
