forcing pensioners into debts

I am writing this review on behalf of my grandmother and aunt who has been paying for a fridge since 2012,She is a pensioner who cant read or write to save her life. She was convinced to get into a contract by Barnette and at her old age I doubt she even understood what she was doing so basically for the last 5+ she has been paying this people and because at some point she was struggling to pay she moved that obligation to my aunt. My aunt has been paying since last year. So we want to know how much loan was she forced to take?how much was the fridge initially?how much are they charging interest on the loan?was it even legal to get an old person into a contract without anyone to help her understand her obligation?how much is she still left to pay?where is the statement to show how much she has paid and how much she still needs to pay. We have a lot of questions and we want Barnette to answer!!
