Extremmely Poor Customer Service (Ndumo Branch)

<p>I bought a TV at Barnetts Price n Pride, Ndumo branch on 03 June 2016 and as of 15 July 2016 the TV started showing weird black lines on the screen, sometimes one and sometimes three! I quickly went to the branch where I bought the appliance, hence they said the appliaince must be taken to the supplier on an unknown timeframe, I bought the TV cash; worth R3199, but they refuse to replace the TV even within one month of purchase. Now they are telling me of terms and conditions which they didn't mention while I bought the TV. A professional retailer would have immediately replaced the appliance on comment because they even saw those annoying lines and it was within one month of full price purchase! How can you say I must just throw away my R3200 for the next six months!</p>
