extremmelly terrible service

<p>my father bought samsung s3 mini at barnnets lebowakgomo in 2014 november,and the phone started to give problems with a battery so he took the phone back to barnetts in march 2016 to have it checked,they told him that they will call him within 1 month to let him know that he can come and collect his phone ,my father waited and waited hoping to get a call from them,but they didnt call him ,thats when i decided to call their branch in lebowakgomo were he took the phone and it was in july 2016 ,supricingly the phone was not yet fixed ,and was not even send to the fixer it was still at the shop,i was told to wait for another 2 weeks so that they take the phone to the fixer,then they called my father on 8/08/2016 telling him to pay R3600 of which the money is more than the price of the phone ,how can they do this to us,i want answers or il take this matter futher</p>
